Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • European Union (EU)

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • Norway

  • Switzerland

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany).

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are significant delays, we will inform you.



Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping on orders over €49 (where applicable and shown at checkout).



Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • shipping carrier issues

  • customs processing (for UK, Norway, Switzerland)

  • peak periods or external factors beyond our control



Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information.



Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.



Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@ratom.eu.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a reasonable solution. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement or refund.



Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ratom.eu.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.



Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.



Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees from the refund.
